We do a small number of things, carefully, and we don't pretend to do the rest.
Regular home cleans
A familiar rhythm. Two of the same cleaners, every time, working through the same careful checklist. Most clients start fortnightly and settle into a pattern from there.
- Kitchen — surfaces, hob, sink, floor
- Bathrooms — tile, grout, glass
- Living areas — dust, hoover, mop
- Bedrooms — beds made, surfaces cleared
- Bins emptied, recycling sorted
Deep cleans
The quarterly reset. We arrive with two people for a full day — oven stripped and seasoned, limescale off the taps, inside every cupboard wiped out. Best booked after builders or before Christmas.

End of tenancy
A full-property clean to deposit-return standard, with a written before-and-after report and timestamped photos you can forward to your landlord or agent.

Holiday let turnarounds
Short-notice changeovers for Airbnb and Sykes properties. We hold a set of your linens, restock consumables from a list you agree, and send the host a visual check-in within 20 minutes of finishing.

One-off tidy
A single visit — for the week after a new baby, the fortnight before a dinner party, or the Sunday after the in-laws have left. No contract, no expectations that you book again.

Things we don't do.
The first floor up is a job for a ladder and a licence. We'll recommend someone.
We spot-treat on any visit, but full extraction needs specialist kit.
We admire them. We don't weed them.
Restoration work is its own trade — we know who to call.
This is a domestic company. We're happiest in houses.
We'll tidy around it, but we don't clear accidents.
