By using chloecleans.ca or booking services through Chloe Cleans, you agree to the terms set out on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.
Chloe Cleans provides residential house cleaning services in Woodstock, Ontario and the surrounding area, including Ingersoll, Tillsonburg, Thamesford, and Innerkip. All services are provided by Chloe personally. Service details, scope, and scheduling are confirmed via text, phone, or email before each booking.
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. Pricing is based on the size of your home, its current condition, and the frequency of service. A written quote will be sent before any work begins. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit) may be subject to a cancellation fee. Recurring clients may cancel their regular schedule at any time with no penalty — simply let Chloe know in advance.
If you provide a key or access code, it will be kept secure and used only for your scheduled cleaning visits. Keys are clearly labelled and stored safely between visits. Any key or access code will be returned immediately upon your request or at the end of the service relationship.
Chloe Cleans takes reasonable care with your home and belongings on every visit. Any accidental damage will be reported to you immediately and resolved fairly. Chloe Cleans is fully insured and will handle any legitimate damage claim directly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items of extraordinary value that were not disclosed to us prior to the cleaning visit.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a clean, please contact Chloe within 24 hours of the visit. She will return to make it right at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is taken seriously — if something was missed, we want to know.
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can read at chloecleans.ca/privacy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
